Make a request

Email admin@holidayfairy.co.uk with the subject “Privacy request”. Tell us which right you wish to exercise and the email address or enquiry it relates to. A request is valid without using that subject or a particular form.

Please do not send identity documents initially. If we need proportionate information to verify a request, we will explain why and agree an appropriate route.

What you can ask for

• Access to personal information we hold about you.
• Correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Deletion or restriction where the applicable conditions are met.
• Portability where applicable.
• An objection to legitimate-interest processing or direct marketing.
• Withdrawal of consent for optional storage.

Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law and the reason the information is used. We will explain any restriction affecting your request. UK data-rights requests are generally answered within one month, subject to applicable verification, extensions and exceptions.

Information on your device

Saved places are stored in your browser, not an account database. Use “Your privacy choices” in the footer and reject optional storage to remove persistent saves. Your browser can also clear site storage. Search and enquiry URLs can remain in your browser history until you clear them.

International visitors

Where applicable, you may have additional local rights including opting out of targeted advertising, sale or sharing. No such processing is configured in this preview. The website respects Global Privacy Control for marketing. This does not replace assessing obligations in each market the business targets.

You may complain to us or directly to the ICO, and to another competent regulator where applicable. See the privacy notice for the current processing details.
